We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Its4Solutions Marketplace.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, undamaged and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items are eligible for free replacement or refund.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. nose pins) may be non-returnable unless defective.

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@its4solutions.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We'll guide you through the pickup or return shipment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
