Shipping Policy

Its4Solutions Marketplace ships across India. This policy explains how and when your order is dispatched and delivered.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take longer. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping charges

• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp.
• Free shipping may apply on select orders and promotions.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we share your courier and tracking number over WhatsApp/email so you can follow your parcel to your door.
